A gormet twist to your regular hotdog! The buns were soft and delicious and the hotdogs were quality weeniers which were delicious. A bit on the pricey side but your definitely paying for quality.

Best hot dogs in Nashville and the surrounding area, probably the best I've ever had. Be sure to try the pimento dog and the mac n cheese if you're lucky enough to catch them!! My personal favorite toppings are their home made sweet relish and coleslaw!The people working inside the truck are always happy to see new or returning customers, and the daily specials are always something to look forward to.

These hot dogs are seriously the BOMB. The whole area is so much fun, you could spend literally an entire day full of shopping and walking in the area. This hot dog stand is a MUST stop... And what better way to eat a hot dog than out of a Volkswagen bus?! So awesome. The flamin dog is to die for, by the way. Will for sure be back if I ever make it back to Nashville. They also sell super cute buttons and t-shirts!

we love stopping by on our bikes in the summer after a hard workout. Yah, I know... but it is SOOOO GOOD! I'd ride for 20 miles to earn a weenie dog!

If you're looking for a hot dog with a twist, check it out. I had the mac and cheese dog, and it took me back to childhood. Just beware of visiting if the weather isn't great, because it's all outside seating.

Very nice quick hot dog truck that lays it's hand at changing up the idea of a hot dog only having ketchup and mustard. Load it with Mac and cheese or gacu and tortillas. They are very interesting combos and I recommend trying it at least once but you will enjoy the semi roll it's on as a highlight.

I Dream of Weenie is a one of a kind Nashville treasure. I've planned many weekends around their Sunday weenie brunch, and their hashbrown casserole veggie dog is particularly amazing. Can't go wrong with any of their specials!

I don't normally eat hot dogs but these were very tasty.

Found out about this place shortly before our trip to Nashville. We're fans of hot dogs and vintage VWs and I Dream Of Weenie combines them both. The I Dream of Genie reference helped too! The place has great eye appeal and is easy to find. There is plenty of parking in the pay lot across the street. There are plenty of delicious weenie options. We tried several weenies : the Mac & cheese, chili cheese, the Greek and even one with just ketchup. The quality ingredients and care in preparation was evident in everything we tried. Staff was friendly and patiently answered several questions. There are several picnic tables with umbrellas for you to enjoy your meal or if you prefer a more picnicky experience they have picnic blankets available for use. Definitely worth stopping in for a visit if you're in the area.

The Mac n Cheese dog was delicious! Theres something in the mac n cheese that sets it apart from other mac n cheeses.. The special dog on the day I visited was the Jalapeño Cheese Dog. WOW. That jalapeño cheese "sauce" was amazing!

A Nashville staple. Always a tasty, reasonably priced option. They had weenie brunch today, but I went with the bratwurst. The chili dog is a good bet too! Everyone is also crazy friendly! Birds are a bit pushy. ;-)

Offer chips and drinks as well, a great place to stop for a quick snack while meandering around East NashCons: not the best hours, outdoor seating is a blessing and a curse depending on weatherGeneral Information: it's a repurposed VW truck so don't expect to walk inside and grab a seat. Parking is streetside nearby and there are also several lots to use.

Hotdogs are not my go-to food. I liked the variations of hotdogs available. Don't expect a regular hotdog there is many different types of hotdogs and daily specials that make hotdogs interesting to eat. This would be the only place I'd eat a hotdog 👍🏿

Amazing, interesting place with a beautiful smile waiting for you as soon as you walk up. Try the bratwurst chili cheese dog if you wanna big flavor bursting hotdog for a small price. LOVED IT.

The dogs from a bus concept is fun. We had a great hot dog with sauerkraut at a reasonable price.

The buns are amazing. We paid $6 for parking just to go eat this hot dog that we saw on FoodNetwork. The mac and cheese was a little cold on my hot dog though.

As anyone worth their salt knows, the bun makes the dog and I Dream of Weenie nailed it on the bun front. So soft and supple but still there to balance the meatiness and toppings. Plus one star for the immensely joyful name.

I Dream of Weenie is a Five Points staple. Excellent, unique hot dogs with friendly, fast service. Buns and toppings are fresh and the hot dog was perfect👌 Pictured is the Hash Brown Hot Dog, available on their brunch menu on Sundays (maybe Saturdays??) I also recommend the mac n cheese dog 😍

What a cool little place to grab a quick, cheap lunch. Everything about the hot dogs are just on point. For about 7.50 you can get a piled high dog of your choice, chips, and a drink. Seating area is pleasant and shady. Definitely recommended !

This place has the best dogs and mac and cheese! I make sure to stop by any time I'm working nearby, which is pretty often. Always creative toppings, tasty desserts and very friendly staff! Everyone should eat here regularly!

Cool little hot dog stand in the trendy neighborhood of East Nashville. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and had to round a couple of blocks to find street parking. The dogs were well worth the trouble. The buns were similar to a poboy loaf and very fresh. A must try if you live in the area, and probably worth a trek off the interstate if you're passing through.

Such a cool little place. The guy who works there was super friendly and made me and my family feel very welcome. We drove an hour to get there and we weren't disappointed. Definitely bring the kids. They will love the mac and cheese dog! Also the shaded picnic table area was nice and clean and was nice to sit at while eating. Loved it!

Out of this world good!!! Definitely a big winner for any weenie lover! Highly suggest trying the slaw dog!
